Kilawing Talaba (Pickled Oysters ala Ceviche)
1 c. shelled oysters, blanched
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. onions, peeled and chopped
3-5 peppercorns, crushed
1 - 2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and let stand for about 2 hours. Serve cold.
