Inihaw na Liempo
1 kilo pork liempo, sliced
vinegar
soy sauce
garlic cloves
banana ketchup
ground pepper
salt
cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak pork into a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ground black pepper.
- Drain off liquid and mix with ketchup and a little cooking oil.
- Grill pork slices while basting with sauce just before being fully cooked.
- Serve with ketchup or dipping sauce made of soy sauce, calamansi and sili.
